You as a customer always have the right to repurchase for 14 days. The time is calculated from the day you received the item. The easiest way to cancel your purchase is to send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your item must be unused and in the original packaging in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 500kr, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
